Event Producer-Remote/MUST reside in DC/MD/VA

You will develop proposals, budgets, and production plans, manage client relationships, and oversee execution across in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. You'll work closely with the Director of Sales, Project Managers, Technical Directors, and the Creative team to bring client visions to life, supporting proposals through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. Support business development through proposals, RFP responses, and identifying opportunities to expand scope.Event Planning & Pre-Production Lead development of event concepts, run-of-show, and overall audience experience in collaboration with Creative and Technical teams. Proven ability to independently manage events from concept through execution, including client-facing leadership. Strong understanding of both creative development and technical/operational execution.
