Event Producer/Senior Event Planner (In-House)

About Us We are seeking an in-house Event Producer / Senior Event Planner, a seasoned professional who can confidently lead sophisticated clients, manage complex logistics, and execute events at the highest level. What You’ll Own • Serve as lead producer and primary client advisor from booking through execution • Own the full event lifecycle: planning, budgeting, logistics, execution, and post-event wrap • Produce events ranging from intimate luxury gatherings to large-scale, high-budget productions • Build and manage detailed production plans (budgets, timelines, floor plans, staffing, rentals, production) • Partner closely with sales, culinary, operations, and service teams • Lead site visits, walkthroughs, rehearsals, and event days with confidence • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic, commission-based partnerships • Identify and execute upsell and revenue opportunities • Oversee on-site setup, live execution, and breakdown • Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining brand and service standards You are a trusted event professional with the experience and confidence to lead high-profile events from concept through execution.
