This position will work closely with the AE National President and Program Manager to effectively plan, budget, and implement all client-contracted projects while also identifying growth opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in event production operations, a strong understanding of business development strategies, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client relations. Key Responsibilities: Production & Operations Coordination • Support the planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event reports of AE National’s client-contracted projects. • Provide on-site leadership during productions, ensuring efficient execution and problem-solving, in coordination with AE National Production Manager. • Knowledge of production logistics, vendor contract negotiations & management, and client relations.
