We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our Event Production & Installation Crew! Key Responsibilities: • Safely load, unload, and transport event decor, backdrops, marquee letters, and props • Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces (both indoors and outdoors) • Lift and move event items (must be comfortable lifting 30+ pounds regularly) • Drive company vehicles safely to and from event locations (great driving record required) • Maintain event equipment and report any damages or repairs needed • Work with a positive attitude and provide exceptional service at events Requirements: • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items consistently • Clean driving record and valid driver's license (required) • Reliable transportation to our warehouse/event sites when needed • Flexible schedule — availability for some early mornings, evenings, weekends • Positive, team-player attitude with strong attention to detail • Prior experience in event setup, moving, logistics, or warehouse work is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person!) Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Ability to Commute: • Fayetteville, AR 72703 (Required)
