Faena Rose is an exclusive, art and culture-based private members community founded on the principles of art, culture, community, and VIP access. The Cultural Programming Team curates and produces 80+ unique cultural experiences per calendar year and manages event production logistics for Faena Rose. This is a high-volume, high-pressure operationExcellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, and talentSkilled in building and managing production timelines, run-of-show documents, and floorplansFinancially literate; comfortable with budgets and reconciliationsCalm and solutions-oriented under pressure, ensuring smooth execution of events with audiences ranging from 20 to 400 peopleDeep curiosity for and engagement with art, culture, and current events that enhances programming and member experienceFamiliarity with the hospitality industrySelf-motivated, team player, reliable, professional, and hardworkingCreative and flexible with strong problem-solving skills This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
