Job Description Festival Operations Manager: Insomniac Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Festival Operations Manager to lead the logistics and coordination efforts for our large-scale events. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, managing site operations, and ensuring the overall success of our festivals. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: • Proven experience in event project management, with a focus on logistics and coordination. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Prior experience working with Microsoft Excel, GSuite, Airtable, Asana, Adobe PDF editor, and Dropbox is required.
