EVENT PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

POSITION: EVENT PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (Part-Time / Contract) HIRING AGENCY: Meliora, a division of Soul Focus Sports Event Specialists will represent our client’s brands at live events, helping to facilitate on-site activations and ensuring every attendee feels a meaningful connection to the event. • Greet and engage event attendees with a high level of enthusiasm and inclusivity • Act as the front-line representative for client’s brands • Source, lead, and produce sports clinics, community events, and field days for elementary and middle school students • Facilitate on-site activations for clients (including professional sports teams), ensuring a high-quality, professional experience for all attendees • Assist with the logistical execution of road runs / walks for select clients • Assist in set-up and breakdown of marketing assets including tents, tables, merchandise, and interactive elements • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space throughout the activation • Collaborate with the Event Lead to troubleshoot on-site logistics and guest flow • Update and communicate availability weekly • Driven, outgoing, and dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills • Strong customer relations skills with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people • Reliable transportation and a track record of punctuality • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the duration of the event (typically 6-8 hours), and work in outdoor conditions • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Interest in women's sports and community-led marketing is a major plus
