Event & Program Coordinator

About the position Responsibilities • Plan, implement and follow-up for all trade shows and other special events as necessary • Coordinate event planning, logistics and execution • Work within events and marketing budgets • Supervise and coordinate with event contractors • Maintenance of event software • Other department support as needed Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field • Minimum of 1 year experience in events coordination or other experience that demonstrates organizational experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management skills with the capability of managing multiple projects simultaneously • Detail oriented with excellent organization and follow-through skills • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and readiness to be a flexible team player • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs required
