Event & Program Manager

• Mandatory in-office/in-person on Wednesdays 9am-2pm and other work in coordination with other staff and volunteers and at events. • Commitment to the mission and vision of Epworth United Methodist Church • Reaches out to manage and/or hire facilitators and/or volunteers that lead programs or events of the church • Send reminders to leaders, participants or volunteers of events and/or program or follow-up after an event/program is finished and ensures proper gratitude is provided in accordance with activity • May manage consultant or temporary staff as needed depending on the event and program
