Day-to-Day:

Manage and coordinate 3-4 programs simultaneouslyOversee program logistics from planning through executionPartner with internal teams, faculty, vendors, and participants to ensure successful program deliveryTrack timelines, deliverables, and communications using Salesforce, Slack, and Monday.comSupport onsite program execution, including participant experience and event logisticsCoordinate meeting spaces, meals, schedules, and program materialsResolve operational, technology, and A/V issues as they ariseMaintain program documentation and administrative processes

Job Description:

This individual will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of executive education programs and events. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating complex logistics, and working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments. Candidates with backgrounds in executive education, event planning, hospitality, catering, or program management will be particularly successful.
