Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced event manager to execute end-to-end operations and delivery of B2B event programs and workstreams within AWS's flagship event series AWS Summits (geographic focus: North & South America). You will be responsible for implementing event strategies across various disciplines (e.g., keynote, content, operations, platforms, or specialized audience programs) and playing a key role in onsite execution during live events. Program Management & Execution • Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned event workstreams or programs • Manage day-to-day program activities, including timeline development and stakeholder coordination • Create and maintain project documentation and status reporting • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful delivery • Own specific onsite responsibilities during live events We work backwards from our external and internal customers and innovate on their behalf.
