You will be responsible for implementing event strategies across various disciplines (e.g., keynote, content, operations, platforms, or specialized audience programs) and playing a key role in onsite execution during live events. Program Management & Execution • Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned event workstreams or programs • Manage day-to-day program activities, including timeline development and stakeholder coordination • Create and maintain project documentation and status reporting • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful delivery • Own specific onsite responsibilities during live events We work backwards from our external and internal customers and innovate on their behalf. • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience • Experience managing budgets • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Learn more about our benefits at https://amazon.jobs/en/benefits.
