Event & Programming Coordinator

FourOneSeven is looking for an Event & Programming Coordinator who is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of 417 & Biz 417’s dynamic events and member programs. Essential Functions and Performance Areas • Support the Marketing Director and/or Event Lead as project coordinator for 417 and Biz 417 signature events. Own planning timelines and support logistics, execution, speaker communication, and marketing as needed or assigned. With feedback from and under the direction of the Marketing Director and/or Leadership, take full ownership of planning, logistics, communications, and execution from concept to completion. • Experience with event registration and ticketing platforms—experience in TicketSpice a plus.
