Work with Community & Events Manager to ensure events are within budget. Maintain cleanliness/maintenance & equipment needs for store events. Must safely and effectively remove snow from ice surface and surrounding areas to maintain a safe and clean environment for our athletes (if applicable). Share timely feedback on projects, tasks, and deliverables (on the job training) Provide outstanding teammate training and coaching to deliver on the store vision and experience.
