Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Serve as account lead for assigned clients (schedule and lead client status calls, send meeting recap emails, review and take ownership of all fully executed contracts and coordinate with other internal team members on deliverables, etc). • Serve as the main point of contact for the client and attendees for any and all changes, problems throughout the pre-planning and onsite. Ensure that these individuals are aware of the event details and their responsibilities and timelines. • Track execution results for programs to gauge client’s future event targets to ensure we are providing the most strategic, results based, relationship for each client.
