Centric Events is looking for a highly organized, production-minded Event Project Coordinator to help support the planning and execution of live events and AV productions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in the live event or AV industry who understands how events actually come together behind the scenes. What You’ll DoPlanning & CoordinationSupport Project Managers and Sales Team with event coordination and logisticsReview event orders for accuracy and completenessHelp manage production schedules, timelines, and task trackingCoordinate labor requests and staffing needsAssist with trucking, load-in/load-out logistics, and event flow planningHelp ensure equipment, staffing, and logistics are aligned before executionClient & Team CommunicationSupport communication between clients, sales teams, warehouse, and field crewsAssist with internal meetings, production calls, and site visitsHelp communicate event expectations and updates clearly across departmentsSupport project documentation and operational follow-throughEvent ExecutionSupport onsite execution, setup, show flow, and strike operations when neededHelp troubleshoot onsite issues quickly and professionallyAssist with maintaining show quality, organization, and client experienceWork alongside crews and leadership teams in fast-paced environmentsSystems & Operational SupportHelp improve workflows, organization, and execution processesSupport project tracking within software platforms like Odoo, Asana, Google Workspace, or similar toolsAssist with post-event reconciliation, notes, and operational wrap-up QualificationsRequired ExperienceMinimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in:Live eventsAV productionEvent coordinationProduction logisticsTechnical productionOr similar production-industry environmentsIdeal CandidateHas a practical understanding of AV, lighting, staging, and event production workflowsUnderstands production timelines, labor flow, and onsite execution strategyIs highly organized and detail-orientedCan multitask in fast-paced environmentsTakes ownership and follows through consistentlyHas strong communication and interpersonal skillsIs comfortable working nights, weekends, and occasional travel as neededBonus Points If You HaveCorporate event or concert production experienceExperience with rental inventory or project management softwareExperience leading crews or coordinating field operationsExperience reading production schedules, stage plots, or signal flowExperience with CRM platforms or client-facing coordinationValid driver’s license and clean driving record ApplyIf you have experience in live events or AV production and want to grow into a larger operational or project management role within the industry, we’d love to hear from you.
