A company is looking for an Event Project Manager for the EMEA region.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact post-sale, ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships throughout the event lifecycleTranslate client requirements into actionable event plans, managing all logistical, technical, and operational elementsCoordinate technical requirements with IT/AV specialists to ensure quality standards are met during event deliveryRequired Qualifications2-5 years of experience in project or event management, preferably in AV, hybrid, or online environmentsFormal training or certification in event and/or project management is preferredFamiliarity with videoconferencing platforms and quick adaptability to AV and online event technologyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skillsEnglish proficiency at C1 level or higher; additional languages are a strong plus
