With a history rooted in pioneering hospitality, the Group has delivered industry-applauded events to global brands.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to lead the setup of our operations on the East Coast, USA, as we expand into this new market.As Event Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-profile events for Beyond 30 daytime clubbing and other touring brands.You will work closely with our UK team on marketing and sales, while focusing on the end-to-end execution of events, from booking venues to delivering exceptional experiences on the day.Key Responsibilities Include:* Establish and grow Curate Group's presence in the US through select event brands* Source, book, and contract venues, managing relationships between venue partners, suppliers, and our brands* Lead the planning and execution of events, overseeing creative, operations, and on-site teams* Recruit and build a reliable event team, manage staff scheduling, run regular training sessions, and process staff payroll* Manage the events inbox, handling customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner* Develop and implement systems and processes to streamline event operations* Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and logistics to ensure smooth processes week after week* Manage production teams, ensuring technical and operational elements run seamlessly* Maintain strict budget control while ensuring high-quality delivery* Deliver daily and post-event reports, analysing KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement across the business* Stay informed on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to support strategic decisions* Propose innovative ideas and creative event solutions to elevate the event experience* Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWhat We Are Looking For:A motivated individual with a passion for events, customer service, and creativitySomeone dependable and proactive, capable of independently establishing and leading our US operations while collaborating remotely with our UK-based teamProven experience in event operations, production, or management, ideally within the live entertainment or hospitality sectorsStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressureExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsA proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset and an eye for detailProficiency in Google Suite and team collaboration toolsA courageous attitude when it comes to sharing new ideas, ways of working, and creative thinking with outputs**We Offer:*** A highly competitive salary, circa $50k per annum, depending on experience* Access to a performance-based bonus* Covered travel expenses* Potential for extended contract or permanent leadership role as the US business growsOpportunities for personal growth and career progressionCollaborative, fun, and respectful team based in the UK, always willing to support
