This position serves as the expert for event operations by taking the ideas + concepts designed for our clients, and managing those details related to onsite set up, logistics coordination, time management of the set up and strikes of each event, as well as the details listed out below. · Schedules and manages the delivery of sub-rented inventory for vendor partners · Assists other departments with objectives when requested · 2+ years of experience in event planning/production for complex events with a direct responsibility of drafting and executing project plans for installation teams · 1+ year of experience supervising a rotating team
