Event Project Manager

A company is looking for an Event Manager V to coordinate internal meetings and events across multiple campuses. Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete event lifecycle for internal meetings and large-scale productions Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality events Manage event budgets and coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in event and project management in fast-paced environments Proven expertise in managing complete event lifecycles, including logistics and budgeting Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events Experience leading strategic planning sessions with stakeholders
