6+ Month - Hybrid Contract - W2 Boston MA Local W2 Candidates Only We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion. This role is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-quality event delivery that meets strategic and creative goals • Lead end-to-end project management for events, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors (venues, AV, catering, production, speakers, sponsors, etc.) • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients throughout the event lifecycle • Oversee logistics such as registration, travel, accommodations, run-of-show, and on-site operations • Identify risks and proactively troubleshoot issues before and during events
