Department: Linked Light Pulse Location: Denver, CO Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support our marketing and events team in executing brand-focused promotional campaigns. Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and brand activations • Support event setup, logistics coordination, and breakdown • Engage with attendees to promote brand awareness and product information • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies • Maintain event inventory and ensure all promotional assets are available • Track and report event outcomes and customer feedback • Ensure brand consistency and professionalism at all times Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous experience in event coordination, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Comfortable working on-site at events, including occasional evenings or weekends • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
