Event Promotions Associate - Entry Level

This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, fundraising, and event management. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Promotions Coordinator in planning and executing marketing and promotional events • Support event setup, breakdown, visual merchandising, and inventory control • Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and scheduling • Track and process event sales and fundraising results • Serve as Event Manager when required • Represent brands with enthusiasm and professionalism at live events • Lead by example and support interns and new team members Our Special Events Training Program provides hands-on experience in: • Event Marketing & Promotions • Advertising & Brand Awareness • Sales & Fundraising • Public Relations • Team Leadership & Management No prior event marketing experience required — full training is provided.
