Event Promotions Entry Level

Are you an outgoing, fun and passionate person who wants a career that also makes a difference? Horizon Eventz is seeking Event Promoters to support our nonprofit campaigns through face-to-face outreach at events throughout Central Pennsylvania. What You’ll Do: • Attend local events, pop-ups and various community engagements • Speak confidently and respectfully to a wide range of individuals promoting the mission of our clientele • Answer questions, collect basic information, and provide updates • Help set up and break down event materials • Create a fun and welcoming environment that reflects the values of our mission You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: • Are outgoing, upbeat, and confident speaking with people • Are looking for a role where your communication skills make a real impact • Want to grow with a team that values initiative, not just experience • Can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed • Are goal-oriented and excited to hit daily and weekly engagement targets • Are reliable and eager to learn No prior nonprofit experience required
