This position also coordinates a core group of students, alumnae and volunteers that work events both on and off campus. The position also provides administrative support for the Meredith Events Office. Duties: • Works on the scheduling and evaluation of events, the processing of room reservations, the scheduling of appointments and facility tours, and the gathering and tracking of event documentation including event agreements, insurance, and billing. • Data entry skills, proficiency in MS Office package, especially Microsoft Excel. Qualifications: High school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position or a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
