Event Sales and Planning Manager

As an Event Sales and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every event at our hotel is executed flawlessly, from corporate meetings to weddings and everything in between. Manage the entire event planning process, from initial client inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless execution of events.
Create and maintain detailed event budgets and timelines.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
Conduct site visits and provide recommendations to clients to enhance their event experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Train and supervise event staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a clear understanding of event expectations.
Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the event planning and execution process.
Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
