Promotes, prices, plans, coordinates, and supervises the execution of all special party, banquet, and event functions. Obtains supplies and equipment for each event. • Attends appropriate trade shows and meetings to develop networking opportunities to boost the company’s visibility to the public. • Responsible for collecting all monies due from the private parties before the event begins. • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and understand in the predominant language(s) of the customers and staff.
