The Event Sales Coordinator will be responsible for closing inquiries through phone calls, emails and conducting site visits to ensure efficient and seamless planning and execution. • Respond to all event inquiries and convert inquiries into booked events • Clearly communicate to prospective clients the features and benefits of the company’s event packages • Create proposals, contracts and invoices using our CRM program • Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales goal • Support business development by creating repeat business through cultivation of strong, caring relationships with clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrate the ability to close sales and generate returning business • Ability to articulate growth using business metrics and ROI • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast pace environment • Create and manage all client data through Microsoft Office • Experience in booking software Tripleseat • Ensure successful event execution by our operations team • Ability to work varying shifts, nights and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
