Event Sales Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications • Start by planning, organizing, and executing events for parties of 10-60 guests, with opportunities to grow into coordinating and executing larger events of 350+ guests • Assist with Admin Duties • Assist in coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences • Arrange necessary equipment, decorations, and catering services • Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and sales to promote events and attract attendees • Maintain event records We are committed to helping our clients navigate and comply with the complex and ever-changing labor laws as well as help ensure that in every hiring decision, internally and with our client partners, that all viable candidates are considered, and the most qualified candidate is offered the role.
