· Support the booking process for group events, including availability checks, contract preparation, and payment collection. · Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, payments, and event documentation. Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality or event sales support role preferred. · Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
