Experience • Must have experience in all FOH vocation positions • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banquet, catering, and event industry • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the banquet, catering, event, and/or hotel sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • · Takes inquiry calls from potential clients and conducting property tours in their absence. • Provide support to various members of the KGCC F&B Department including the Event Manager, Special Events Coordinator, KGCC Assistant Restaurant Managers • Assists the Event Manager with writing weekly BEOs to generate the details of the upcoming Events booked. · Coordinate special arrangements and needs with the appropriate departments for the operation.
