We are looking for a Director of Event Sales to lead event-driven business development for our premium restaurant group, which features a portfolio of uniquely styled venues across New York City. Event Sales Director Requirements • 5–7 years of event sales experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of NYC's event and hospitality landscape with an established client network • Proven track record in driving sales and managing high-volume event operations • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills • Ability to develop and execute a strategic event sales plan across multiple venues • Experience cultivating relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and high-end clientele • Expertise in managing all stages of the sales cycle, from inquiry to post-event follow-up • Strong collaboration skills to work with culinary and operations teams in tailoring event experiences • Commitment to ensuring seamless execution of events that align with brand standards We are committed to helping our clients navigate and comply with the complex and ever-changing labor laws as well as help ensure that in every hiring decision, internally and with our client partners, that all viable candidates are considered, and the most qualified candidate is offered the role.
