ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients for events.Support the sales team in managing client relationships and maintaining ongoing communications.Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities in the events sector.Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure event partnerships.Collaborate with marketing and event planning teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns.Track sales metrics and generate reports to evaluate sales performance and client acquisition.Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop sales, negotiation, and management skills.Assist in coordinating event logistics and ensuring client satisfaction before, during, and after events.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.High level of motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.Basic understanding of marketing principles and event management.Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with CRM software.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events.Benefits
