This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and work closely with the founder and partnerships manager, helping shape the foundation of the U.S. expansion from the inside. Secure bookings across private events, corporate events, festivals, and activations Build relationships with event planners, agencies, hotels, venues, and brands Position Bubbice in top-tier events and experiences Generate new business opportunities and partnerships Develop repeat clients and long-term relationships Support the growth of licensing partnerships across the U.S. with hotels, resorts, properties, and hospitality groups Identify and proactively target new business opportunities across events, hospitality, and corporate partnerships Build and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers across venues, brands, and hospitality groups Drive outbound sales efforts, including outreach, meetings, and relationship development Create and manage a pipeline of high-value B2B opportunities Position Bubbice as a go-to partner for experiential activations and events Convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships and recurring revenue Help establish Bubbice as a go-to brand within the experiential and hospitality space Collaborate with social media and operations teams to maximise exposure Support launches, pop-ups, and experiential activations across the U.S. Identify strategic growth opportunities for the brand
