If you are a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate event sales and promote customer loyalty.\n\nActively prospect and secure new business by identifying and targeting potential event opportunities.\n\nMeet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching and selling event packages to clients.\n\nCollaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings.\n\nConduct thorough research and analysis of market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competition.\n\nUnderstand client needs and customize event packages to meet their specific requirements.\n\nCoordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events, including food and beverage, games, and audio-visual needs.\n\nProvide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.\n\nManage event budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and timely delivery of services.\n\nStay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to effectively communicate information to clients and secure sales.\n\nAttend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.\n\nMonitor and analyze event sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.\n\nCollaborate with the event planning team to continuously improve and innovate event offerings to meet changing customer demands.\n\nHandle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.\n\nRepresent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times and act as a brand ambassador for Dave & Buster's.
