Event Sales Manager

As an Event Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills and creativity to plan and execute successful events at our venue. Utilize sales skills to attract and secure new event bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market events.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
Create event proposals and contracts for clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Conduct site tours and provide detailed information about event spaces and services.
Maintain accurate and organized event records and files.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to inform event planning.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after events.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to provide additional event services if needed.
Manage event budgets and ensure profitability.
Train and supervise event staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
Represent Dave & Buster's at industry events and networking opportunities.
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to events.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Continuously seek out new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the overall success and growth of Dave & Buster's by achieving sales goals and providing exceptional event experiences for guests.
