Collaborate with event planning team to create custom event packages and proposals for clients.
Conduct site visits and tours to showcase event spaces and amenities.
Manage the event booking process from initial inquiry to event execution.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Provide exceptional communication and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance the event sales process.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement event promotion strategies.
Train and mentor new event sales team members.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company.
