Event Sales Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and ensuring the success of each event. Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events from start to finish • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event requirements are met • Develop event marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences • Manage event budgets, including cost estimation and financial tracking • Oversee catering arrangements and menu selections for events • Coordinate fundraising activities during events • Negotiate and manage contracts with event service providers • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event Requirements • Proven experience in events management, planning, and marketing • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management for events • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences • Familiarity with catering arrangements and menu planning for events
