We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Sales Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with a passion for event planning, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Event Sales & Planning • Book, plan, and oversee the execution of banquets, weddings, corporate meetings, and social events • Develop room layouts, event orders, and customized plans for each function • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design menus, set pricing, and coordinate event logistics • Manage contracts, deposits, and financial documentation for non-member events • Event Execution & Coordination • Oversee event set-up and ensure seamless execution • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and members during events • Work closely with the Communications Director to promote club events • Partner with the Food & Beverage Management Team to ensure flawless service delivery • Financial & Administrative Oversight • Prepare and track monthly sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the CFO • Maintain accurate records of all booked functions and financial performance • Provide P&L statements for individual events as needed • Member & Guest Experience • Be a visible and engaged presence at holiday celebrations and club-sponsored events • Oversee room aesthetics, decorations, and event ambiance • Ensure exceptional service standards that enhance the club's reputation Leadership & Development Expectations As a leader, the Event Sales Manager is responsible for: • Guiding and mentoring direct reports to develop their skills in sales, planning, and execution.
