Event Sales Planner

The Event Sales Planner is responsible for sales and event coordination of corporate and social events for all available indoor and outdoor venues at the Phoenix Zoo, and providing exceptional guest service through all stages of events. • Serve as onsite event manager during events as determined by Events Operations Manager. Supervises all required event staff (setup/teardown crew, bartenders and vendors), as needed. This is by no means an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job. • Must be able to be on feet a majority of shift.
