Event Sales Systems Specialist (Wedding & Event Industry)

Don Rocco Mobile Bar provides a turnkey mobile bar event rental business package for entreprenuers. Our customers (licensees) own and operate the mobile bars, renting them out for weddings, corporate events, golf tournaments, real estate open houses, and other events.

We already provide them with marketing support and leads, but many struggle to turn those opportunities into consistent paid bookings. We are looking for an experienced Event Sales Systems Specialist who understands the wedding and event industry and can build a clear, repeatable system to help our licensees get more jobs through wedding planners, venues, and preferred vendor lists.

This is a fully remote, part-time role with very flexible hours. You can work in your spare time.

What You’ll Do:

Create a simple outreach and follow-up system for contacting wedding planners and venuesDevelop pitch packages and leave-behind materials our licensees can useBuild a process for getting on preferred vendor listsCreate email templates, scripts, and a step-by-step sales processTrain our licensees on how to use the system (recorded training preferred)Requirements:

Proven experience in the wedding or event industry (venue sales, wedding planner, WeddingWire/The Knot, event rentals, or similar)Experience selling high-ticket services or working with planners/venuesAbility to create clear systems, templates, and processes (not just coaching)Strong written communication skillsBased in the United States or Canada preferredThis role is not a fit if:
