Key Responsibilities

Monitor event entrances, exits, and access points for safety and security.Conduct thorough bag checks and verify tickets, passes, and credentials.Manage crowd flow to ensure safe aisles, walkways, and seating areas.Offer directions, information, and support to guests and staff.Observe, report, and document any safety or security incidents.Adhere to established security and emergency procedures consistently.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members via radio.Assist in evacuations and emergency responses as directed by leadership.Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and customer service standards.Participate in required training sessions and briefings to remain informed about venue protocols.Essential Skills
