Summary:The Event Service Coordinator will play a key role in assisting the Conference Service Manager and other Sales Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries and setups as required for events. • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing calendars, updating event documentation, and preparing reports for senior management While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to: • Stand; • Walk; • Use hands to handle, or feel; • Reach with hands and arms; • Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; • Talk or hear and taste or smell; • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; able to push and pull objects • Specific vision abilities required by this job to see, read, write, and use a computer • Must be able to communicate with guests in English.
