The Event & Service Coordinator is an on-site position (not eligible for remote or hybrid work) that is responsible for managing the operations and delivering a high level of service to guests of the Coworking Space in Central Pacific Plaza. The position will also support marketing initiatives for the Coworking Space including events and other promotional opportunities. Duties: • Customer Service: • Provide concierge level of service to meet the expressed and unexpressed needs of internal and external customers to create a consistent positive experience. • Support team with smaller events as needed. Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.
