MAV Event Services team members must meet the following general qualifications: A commitment to the team and their word.Outstanding surveillance and observation skillsCommitment to being on-time every timeCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam PlayerExceptional time-management skillsSuperior interpersonal and communication skillsFlexible time commitmentStrong desire to work in the event services field and have a passion for creating positive and enjoyable event experiencesWillingness to work various events year-round both inside and outside in all weather conditionsMust have reliable transportationSmart phone preferred to have access to tools and resourcesFull background check conducted. We work events that are fun to be part of! Parking solutions are the foundation to our business.When assigned a shift, team members must honor their commitment to work. No call offs, no no-shows.Reliable transportation to and from the job site.Cell Phone, preferably a smart phone in order so you can use our communication and scheduling tools.Ability to dress PROFESSIONAL in ALL BLACK attire at all times.Physical fitness to stand, walk, roam for the entire shift assigned.
