Event Services Client Relations Manager

Role Overview Your role will involve enhancing relationships with clients and employees, developing and supporting staff, coordinating operations, and solving problems to ensure successful event management. Supervise daily event operations and staffing at the assigned client site.Manage hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance of event supervisors and staff.Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients and team members.Coordinate essential support services to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.Ensure compliance with reporting and contract requirements.Communicate regularly with clients about event issues and needs.Manage escalated security issues and emergency situations effectively.Facilitate staffing needs and assist in recruiting and hiring top talent.Enhance staff skills through comprehensive performance management.Ensure policy updates are communicated effectively at all event sites.Meet contract hours with minimal unbilled overtime.Coordinate and deliver site-specific and annual training for event personnel.Oversee the management of uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles.Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.Utilize technology for scheduling and billing while generating insightful reports.Enforce policies and maintain professional standards across the team.Participate in client meetings and event preparations.Ensure all staff is thoroughly debriefed before events.Prepare and distribute event-specific post orders to all staff.Adhere to all labor laws and company policies regarding employee management.Maintain open communication with management about client and employee issues.Create detailed deployment sheets and event plans.Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.Monitor staffing levels and personnel schedules to ensure effective operations.Facilitate timely invoicing processes and follow up with clients regarding payments.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Licensing requirements may apply based on state and local laws.A minimum of three years of experience in event management or supervisory roles.Proven experience in hiring and developing staff.Strong ability to foster customer relationships.Ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse teams effectively.Entrepreneurial mindset in a team-oriented environment.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management technology.Professional demeanor with excellent judgment.Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:
