Las Vegas, Nevada The Job If you have a knack for organization and a passion for creating memorable experiences, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our events! The Day-to-day • Hire specialty labor, entertainment and photography for assigned event projects; coordinate the installation of small events • Work with Event Services team to provide additional onsite support for large scale events, and coordinate installation and tear down of the demo room for client presentations and tours • Anticipate and solve creative, installation, and/or timeline issues in conjunction with management to meet deadlines • Stay current in design trends and vendor offerings; expand vendor base to grow new products • Prepare Purchase Orders for services, distribute and close when complete, and verify invoices for payments • Generate Profit/Loss statements for review and close project for invoicing • Communicate project status and timelines with internal departments, clients and vendors to maintain satisfaction Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
