This role involves leading hourly event food and beverage servers and housepersons, as well as coordinating all aspects of space set-up and food and beverage service to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenues. • Service includes picking up food from back hall, carrying trays to function location, serving food, and clearing the food from tables. Share this knowledge with the event team. • Ensure final quality check on food and beverage items prior to serving guests. The successful candidate will have experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and excellent communication skills.
