As an Event Services Lead, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating exceptional events from start to finish. Your leadership will ensure that every occasion surpasses client expectations. You will coordinate service staff, manage timelines, and act as the primary contact during events, making this role ideal for those who possess strong leadership abilities and a commitment to outstanding hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of memorable events and functions, ensuring all details are flawlessly addressed.
• Supervise banquet staff, manage event logistics, and communicate directly with clients.
• Report directly to the Banquet Manager.
• This role can open doors to various management positions, including banquet manager, event planner, or director of catering and conference services.

Education & Experience

While hotel experience is favorable, we welcome applications from individuals with a variety of backgrounds. Requirements include:
• No specific educational qualifications are required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience in this specific position is preferred.
• A blend of education and hospitality experience will be taken into account.
