This role serves as a primary liaison for group and event clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate administration, exceptional guest experiences, and revenue optimization. This role is ideal for a polished professional with a strong background in hospitality, and a proven ability to manage groups and high-touch events with precision and grace.
